These terms apply to purchases from SwayReviews, operated by Swaytrix LLC ("we," "us"), New Jersey, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
SwayReviews plates and cards are physical NFC products that, when tapped by a compatible phone, open the Google review page you provide to us. Each item is programmed with your link and tap-tested before shipping. NFC tap requires a modern NFC-capable phone (standard on iPhones since the iPhone XS and on nearly all current Androids).
Ordering & payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD at checkout; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We may correct pricing errors on the site at any time before an order is accepted.
Your review link
At checkout you provide your business name and location (or indicate you are a reseller) so we can locate your Google listing and program your items. If we can't find the listing, we'll contact you before shipping. Turnaround time starts once we can confirm your listing. Reseller orders ship with unprogrammed, re-writable chips unless you tell us otherwise.
Shipping
Orders are programmed, packed, and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your listing information, with free shipping anywhere in the US. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Returns & refunds
If a plate or card arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice, no need to return the defective item. Because every item is custom-programmed to your business, we can't accept returns for change of mind once items have been programmed and shipped, but if something's wrong we'll always make it right.
Re-programming
If you move, rebrand, or change your Google listing, we'll re-point your plates to the new link free of charge — reach out by email.
Acceptable use
SwayReviews products make it easier for real customers to leave honest reviews. You agree not to use them to solicit fake reviews, pay for reviews, or selectively filter out negative feedback, all of which violate Google's review policies. You are responsible for your own compliance with Google's terms.
Trademarks
Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. SwayReviews and Swaytrix LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. References to Google reviews describe product functionality only.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We don't guarantee any particular number of reviews, ratings outcome, or search-ranking result — that depends on your customers and Google.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
