SwayReviews is operated by Swaytrix LLC ("we," "us"), based in New Jersey, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site and place an order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. We receive everything except your payment card details — we never see or store your card number; that stays entirely with Stripe.
After you order, you'll send us your business name and Google listing so we can program your plates. We keep that information as part of your order record.
Your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us until you check out.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, how you found us). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. We use this data only in aggregate to improve the site — we don't use it to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To program your plates with your Google review link and ship your order
- To contact you about your order (confirmations, questions, tracking)
- To provide support, including re-programming plates if you move or rebrand
Order details (items, total, and shipping address) are sent to our private, internal order-notification channel so we can pack and ship quickly. They are not shared beyond that.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you've asked for them. Data is shared only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider.
Data retention & your rights
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the personal information we hold about you — email nick.derienzo.aiauto@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
